Yin or Beginner? Flow or Slow? Move your own way with a range of down to earth yoga classes to complement your personal wellness journey. Working with our Physiotherapists, our yoga instructors design classes that provide safe and sustainable movements while strengthening the body and mind. Stretch, sweat, or sink into savasana with one-on-one support and a maximum of 15 students per session.
Spin, sweat, and smile with an endorphin-inducing workout. Suitable for beginners and advanced riders alike, our signature 45-min spin classes are designed to stimulate the mind and challenge the body. Accompanied by an uplifting and energetic soundtrack, this class will have you feeling brighter, fitter and more empowered than ever.
Swept away by daily stresses? Let these classes offer a safe space for you to slow down and sit in the stillness. Our sessions teach you practical mindfulness strategies to implement in the real world, using evidence-based techniques. Great for beginners and those with a regular practice, take some time to recharge, reconnect and recognise what resonates.
Our Reformer Pilates are fun yet challenging. You will work with our expert instructors for a full body workout using the new Allegro 2 reformers. Reformer Pilates emphasises correct alignment, development of core strength, improvement in balance and co-ordination and fine control of the body’s joints. You will taken through a series of exercises that will leave you feeling lengthened and strengthened. Our classes are kept to a maximum of 8 so you will always have the close supervision you needs.
We offer individual and small group Clinical Pilates. Clinical Pilates is a method of exercise therapy that when practised correctly and consistently develops control and endurance of the whole body, improves flexibility and builds strength. In Clinical Pilates you will work with our Physiotherapist’s who will design a personalised, targeted program for your individual needs. At All for One our Clinical Pilates classes are taken by Physiotherapist’s and only Physiotherapist’s so you are always in the best trained, safest hands. To get started in Clinical Pilates you will first have a 1:1 assessment with one of our Physiotherapists who will get a thorough history, assess your strength and range of motion, establish goals and show you how to use the equipment safely.
You’re still you, only now you’re moving for two. Prenatal Pilates is designed to help you move safely with professional guidance throughout your pregnancy. We focus on strengthening muscles around the hips and pelvis, improving spinal flexibility, and preparing for birth with gentle core exercises. You’ll be supported by our Physiotherapy team in close-knit classes of five. Swelling, sweating or smiling, we’re here for all of it.
You’ve got to learn to crawl before you can cartwheel, right? Maintain your postnatal movement goals in a safe, supportive space for you to workout together. Run by a physiotherapist, these classes focus on gently getting new mums back into movement with a combination of body weight, light weights and pilates equipment. Classes are capped at eight, so we can focus on keeping (both of) you moving.
Move like a butterfly. Sting like a bee. Combining strength training and cardio, our Boxing classes are a full-body workout. Our experienced instructors are ready to show you the ropes and support your technique every step of the way. Increase your metabolism and improve your core stability in a high-intensity session, guaranteed to leave you buzzing. Beginners welcome.
Ready to beat your PB? Our signature Strength/HIIT classes combine strength and HIIT to keep your body moving. And if the acronyms get OTT, our personal trainers will help keep things clear and easy for you. And not just with the lingo. They’ll guide your technique and support safe, sustainable movement for the long run.
